Palliative Doula Discovery Visit

Description

A Palliative Doula (otherwise known as an End-of-Life Doula) provides non-medical support for clients undergoing palliative care or hospice services. This support is valuable to both the client & their caregiver. It compliments other palliative care services like hospice, but does not replace them. Think of it as additional support. Services may include: visits, phone calls, respite care sessions, light household chores, legacy projects, support accessing community resources & more. A discovery session is not a commitment to services. It is simply an in-home visit to explain Palliative Doula services, costs, etc, while answering any questions you may have. There is no charge for the initial "Discovery Visit".
